In knowledge economic age, human resource management is raised to a higher level,and become one of important part of enterprise management. At the other hand, muchadvanced technology are made use of human resource management. In spit of it, someproblems are also left over. An advanced technology would be found inevitably. Datamining, which is good at finding mode from data, has been applied in many fields andobtained good economic results. This is a new method.I select "application of data mining in human resource management" as my researchsubject, and research how to combine data mining technique with human resourcemanagement in order to resolve reality problem. The designing and development of humanresource management information system (U HRMS) is base on Tianjin University ofFinance and Economic. Data mining system (U HRMS DM) is a subsystem of it. Bytesting with data, I reach a conclusion that data mining could be applied in human resourcemanagement and provide it with decision support.There are six chapters in the thesis, the main content as follows:The first chapter points out the research content and reason. At first, I analyze presentsituation, important function and managing contents of human resource management. Then,point out some shortages. Secondly, it is put forward of the application of data mining inhuman resource management.The second chapter mainly analyzes data mining. Select decision tree method torealize after learning data mining concept, model and classification. Then, explain decisiontree method and improve it for human resource management.The third chapter is the design process of U_HRMS system and U_HRMS_DMsystem. It is clouds that whole structure design, subsystem design, function design,database design, interface design, module design and code design so on.The fourth chapter introduces the operation of U_HRMS_DM system, and test with agroup of data. Then, analyze its result and draw a conclusion.The fifth chapter is the advanced design for system's further development.The last chapter summarizes some thought of the experience.
