Organizational Transformation Study On The Research Unit A

The unite 12 is a great research department on the applied technology, which is built on in the typical industry era and grown up in the planned economy conditions. Since the reforming and the opening, although it has experienced this process for 20 years longer, however, no good mechanism and good frame, which is suitable for the development in the condition of the market economy, was formed, no real transform was achieved. Along with the economy system reforming deeply, especially for our country having entered WTO in due form, the environment for the unit 12 existing and developing will take place a world of changes. The problem for the unit 12 is how to fit the change, and realize the agelong development. According to the theory related the organization behavior, this paper has anatomized the status in quo of the development and the developing environment of the unit 12, on the view of the developing history of it, and by the analyzing of its organizational structure elements. And then, from the view of the organizational reform, this paper points that the unit 12 had to chose the reform think of the organization transform in order to get its 2nd leap and realize the survivorship and development. This paper also gives the basic model and the approach for the unit 12 transforming.
