Based on a consulting program, the paper is practically a customerized marketing plan, which is an integration of modern marking theories and guided by the principles of art of war. 2P2R is proposed, namely, product, relation, response and people. The operative feasibility is investigated both theoretically and practically.The said enterprise is a typical family kind, which survives in a competitive market. Here we address the problem on the basis of SWOT analysis. The enterprise has advantages with respects to cost management and price in short run, however, they can not turn into long-term development momentum. Moreover, enterprise lacks potentials with talents, management, product and marketing. Consequently, marketing plan must focus on product innovation, relation marketing, quick response and talents introduction.
