| The competition among enterprises,and among countries in the world is intensifying increasingly. The rapid growth of managers of enterprises in our country is pressingly required in order to establish and perfect market economy systems,to internationalize the management of enterprises and to face the challenge in the knowledge economy's times. In this dissertation,deep researches and investigation into some aspects of strengthening the management echelon in China based on theories,such as economics,management science,sociology,educational science,psychology and personnel science,is presented. The author makes deep and detailed researches horizontally (from both historical and present points of view) and vertically (in view of China and some foreign countries) on the experience,environments and mechanism for the growth of managers of enterprises,their status quo and some existing problems related,the urgency for their strengthening etc. And finally some measures and suggestions on the strengthening of the management echelon are given in order to heighten their quality,to construct an outside environment for their rapid growth,and to establish and perfect systems and regulations beneficial to their healthy growth. |
