Based on the definition of construe enterprises, the analysis of bidding basic process in the domestic construction market an the history of the tender invitation and submission, this thesis analyzes the gap between the domestic and aboard architecture and construction enterprises, puts forward the connotation of improving the bidding capability of the architecture and construction enterprises, then analyzes the main factors of affecting the bidding capability of the domestic architecture and construction enterprises, establishes assessment target system and the assessment method, and on the basis of adopting the assessment methods, classifies the domestic enterprises through the assessment object system.By the analysis to the assessment object system of the bidding capability of Architecture and construction enterprises, the countermeasures for improving of the architecture and construction enterprises to succeed in bidding, are put forward as follows:Architecture and construction enterprises figure out the contract prices reasonably; strengthen the effort to innovate, develop, and scientifically manage; strengthen the effort to create the enterprises image; strengthen the development and management of manpower resources. Furthermore, every countermeasure mentioned above is analyzed in detail, the places, still need to be paid attention at and to be completed have also been pointed out. In the course of the author's practice in the 16th Bureau Group Limited Corporation of CRCC, and on the basis of applying the assessment object system of the bidding capability of the architecture and construction enterprises, the author analyzes the 16th Bureau Group Limited Corporation of CRCC, puts forward the existing problems in the corporation, and also uses the countermeasures, approved effective, for improving the bidding capability to solve the found problems, which results in a good practical effect.
