Study On Construction Bid Invitation Of Civil Engineering

The paper mainly focused on the construction bid invitation of civil engineering. The paper stands on viewpoint of the owner, studying how to succeed in civil engineering construction bid invitation. The paper studied the major problems of the three periods(bid invitation preparation period, bid invitation and bidding period, select bidder and clinch a deal period). The last part of the paper studied some risk which are faced in process of the bid invitation.How to work out the bid invitation documents was studied in the bid invitation preparation period. In the bid invitation and bidding period, public invitation and invited bidding were studied respectively, and got the conclusion that the owner must use the public invitation to select bidder; and the qualification progress was studied particularly. In the selecting bidder and clinching a deal period, the problems in establishing the bid evaluation committee were studied, and compared the two evaluation methods, putting forward a fuzzy evaluation method which has the advantage of considering the price and the performance of the bidder. The risk existing in the progress of the bidding were studied in the last part of the paper, which can help the owner avoid losses in bid invitation.
