Study Of Main Strategy In Improving The Ability Of Competing Bid Of Building-Construction Enterprise

This thesis discussed the present condition and the development of tendering for construction project, introduced in detail how a company take part in the tendering, and analyzed the process, program and contents in drawing up the tendering documents. It also analyzed many affecting factors on taking part in tendering of construction enterprise for present internal architecture market, the inner and exterior factors for affecting the competitive ability of enterprise. This thesis analyzed every reason on effecting tendering ability of enterprise and put forward the resolving methods. The main factors on effecting the project tendering including: national macroscopic policy and developing situation of the trade; integrated power and credit standing of enterprise; the level of drawing up tendering documents; either the tendering quoted price being scientific and reasonable or not. The main strategies on improving the comprehensive power on tendering including: select scientifically the project for tendering; confirm the tendering strategy; increase the level of drawing up tendering documents; enhance the comprehensive power of enterprise; improve the level of management; take technical innovation for improving core competitive power of enterprise, use famous brand project strategy for constructing high quality projects; build up good credit standing for enterprise. The thesis summed up the general methods and tendering experience for architecture trade, set up the system for evaluating the project competitive power and how to reduce the cost, and give the method of evaluation for multiplex tender. The method couldn't be seen in the former relatedreport in national literature information. The thesis used the evaluation system on tendering and the skill and strategy of quoted price for tendering with the writer's experience on tendering to analyze the tendering case. The thesis acquired a good result for analyzing the factors and the main strategies to the project tendering and improving competitive power for tendering.
