On The Interactive Relationships Between Privately-run Enterprises,Special Markets And Regional Economic Growth

With the development of China's reform and opening to the outside world, the economy of some areas along the coast of China have been growing more rapidly, than that of Henan Province. As comparing with the Huanan model, the Jiangsu-Zhejiang model is an inward-looking economic growth type, and its principal powers for the economic growth, such as collecting of production factors and acquisition of product markets, mainly rely on their own region and domestic markets, but not on oversea ones. The economic development of privately-operated enterprises and special markets, as well as interactive relationships between the two sides, are two other characteristics of the Jiangsu -Zhejiang model.By study on the central subregion of Henan Province, which includes ZhengzhouCity, Xuchang City, Luohe City etc, among them Zhengzhou City would be the key one , we found there are some similarities between this region and Jiangsu-Zhejiang region which chiefly lie in low dependent ratio on foreign fund and trade .All these discoveries above-mentioned have encouraged me to do further research and even create a new economic growth model for my hometown.In the first place, the development of privately-run enterprises has been studied and in the second place, we talked about the special markets which could reduce commercial cost in a large scale. By positive analysis of the development of privately-run enterprises and the local special markets, we found there are real interactive relationships between privately-operated enterprises special markets and regional economic growth. Moreover analysis and comparison of the development of privately-run enterprises (refers to the middle and small enterprises in Japan) and special markets, between Japan and our nation, has been made..Finally an innovative conclusion has been drawn, that is to say, it is necessary for the local government of the central subregion of Henan province to support the development of special markets and privately-run enterprises which must be regarded asthe center, and to realize a certain interactive relationships between them.
