This paper is composed of two sections. Section one is the case description and second two is the case analysis.Section one introduces the process of MIS construction of Nanhai Silver-wire Communication Engineering Limited Company. It mainly introduces the historical development of the company, and the process of the MIS construction and application in the organization, and then it indicates how the MIS plays an important role in the company and the following problems which the leader has to solve.Section two analyzes the development of the MIS construction of the company in detail. It firstly focuses on the challenge and the profitable benefits, which were brought about by the MIS, to the organization. Then it points out the primary factors to success and the problems prevailing in the process of the MIS construction and application. In the end of the section, several suggestions are put forward to improve the MIS.
