As the driving force of social economy, hi-tech shows its importance day by day. When the software and internet waves are spreading out the world, hi-tech extends to every corner of everyday life as the people get to understand it more deeply. The higher feedback of hi -tech industries attracts more and more investors to enter the field, including many civilian (private-run) enterprises, for its traits of high investment, high earning and high risk.Guangzhou Fenghua Bioengineering Co., Ltd. is a medium-sized civilian hi-tech enterprise. Since its establishment, it has been specializing in the R&D, manufacturing and sale of the medical diagnosis products by aiming the public health institutions as its targeted customers, and making efforts to explore a suitable commercial way to develop from the cooperation with hospitals. Same as the other civilian hi-tech enterprises, it had also faced many problems such as capital shortness, human resources insufficiency and inappropriate inner structure.This dissertation is composed of 2 parts: Cases and Case Study.The Part 1 is for mainly describing the challenging establishment of Guangzhou Fenghua Bioengineering Co., its growth path from a trading company into a biomedical company and the various predicaments it had encountered in the process of development.The Part 2 is for analyzing the growing process of the company by applying the theories of strategy management, marketing management and management science, etc., to draw conclusion on how to develop quickly for the civilian hi-tech enterprises by maximizing the advantage and avoiding the disadvantage.
