Effect And Countermeasures: Research On Guangzhou's Housing Business After Joining WTO

The theme of this thesis is to predict the possible effect faced by Guangzhou district housing business after joining WTO, and research the countermeasures. The whole article consists of three parts: First, the analysis of the actuality of Guangzhou district housing business, to find out the superiority and inferiority, and evaluate comprehensive situation. Second, predicting the possible effect to Guangzhou district housing business of joining WTO from different periods, which mainly includes the analysis of supply and demand effect to Guangzhou district housing market on the short-term, challenges and opportunities effects on the long term. Third, giving the countermeasures on the base of all research and analysis that counter the government administrators and the local housing companies. That is to change the role of the government and to regulate the market mainly by legislation, to supervise the behavior of the market participants mainly by giving instructional advice, to help the estate management & service enterprises change their conception and adopt the talent-oriented strategies, and so on.
