Research On The Technology Innovation Of Guangdong Small And Medium Enterprises

The small and medium enterprises in Guangdong province developed rapidly since the Open and Reformation policy deployed in China years ago. Nowadays they become the most active economy colony and have occupied almost half of the economy ratio in Guangdong province. Those enterprises established a stable foundation for the Guangdong economic development. Currently the small and medium enterprises are the main stream of providing employment opportunity, quantity of the enterprise, industry production value, export value, technology innovation etc. Especially for the technology innovative enterprises, which have became the new increasing point of Guangdong economy. However, when compare with the developed countries, the weakness of those enterprises are still obviously, such as development ability, product quality, management, bank credit, investing and financing ability, and also the lack of ability of reconstructing the traditional industry by utilizing high and new technology. From this point of view, to focus on improving small and medium enterprises has been becoming a main issue since the last couple years. Along with the expediting of global economy stream, China, as a member of WTO, and also the higher and higher requirement to the Guangdong industry organization since the upgrade, Guangdong not only have to cultivate a bunch of big over sea companies, also she need to support those big number of small and medium enterprises which appear to operate in innovating and optimizing the industry. This thesis bases on the research of common theory of Guangdong small and medium enterprises, studying its current situation and existing problem, and summing-up its basic experiences, moreover, coming out its the strategy of innovating the technology. And expect its effect on the revelation of those small and medium enterprises.
