The Research And Development Of ERP System In Medium And Small Enterprises

With China's entry of WTO and the development of economic globalization, China's manufacturing enterprises will be faced with more violent market competition, therefore it is inevitable for them to push their informationization . China has a great number of medium and small enterprises , which play an important role in China's economy today. The management modes of these medium and small enterprises vary widely and are commonly flexible, these traits make the difference between the informationization of medium and small enterprises and large scaled enterprises.This dissertation analyzes the current state of China's manufacturing and the difficulty it is faced with, pointing out that the adoption of advanced manufacturing technology is the solution to it. It introduces the structure of CIMS as well as the theory and development of MIS. It also describes the usually adopted mode of MIS in contemporary manufacturing enterprises-ERP. Furthermore, the traits of ERP application in the medium and small enterprises are depicted from the aspects of organization mode, marketing strategy, cost accounting and goods-flow controlling. At the meanwhile, the problems which require our attention during the development of ERP system are brought forward.Under the guidance of ERP theory and according to the actual complexion of Sichuan Electric Set Plant, this dissertation introduces the overall system design ofCDCT-CIMS/MIS and also researches the development of the purchasing management Subsystem. Purchasing management subsystem realizes leading purchase and demand-based purchase , which helps the enterprise guarantee the consignment lead time and avoid overstock. The overall system design, system work flow, system module design of purchasing. management Subsystem and its integration with other subsystems are introduced in detail in this dissertation. On the other hand, this dissertation also introduces the relevant technical details during the development of the system . This dissertation shows the specific process and points out the notices in ERP building.
