Research On The Development Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

From 1990s, with the globalization of economy and the development of information technology, developed countries give a lot of support to the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises. International business generally believes that the small and medium-sized enterprises will play the main role in the development of world economy in the 21st century. However, from the angle of the development of the world economy, a lot of deep-rooted problems have been discovered. The most serious problems are the lacking of advanced skills, low rate of labor productivity, low quality products, lacking of market competitiveness, high rate of production costs, lacking of financing channel, and high rate of deficit and so on. All these bring more problems to the world economy and delayed the whole development process of it. Therefore, government officials, economists, managerialists of different countries should put the problems in a high position and attach great importance to them.The small and medium-sized enterprises in our country have been flourishing since the reform and opening of our country. Especially in 1990s, the small and medium-sized enterprises developed rapidly. The thriving of the small and medium-sized enterprises brought enormous vital force for our national economy. But the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises is counteracted heavily by some external and internal problems. And this directly interfered with the developmental plan of our national economy. So it is very important to find a way to boost the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises on the basis of thorough study of them.The paper is divided into two parts. In the first part, firstly, it is narrated the importance of boosting our small and medium-sized enterprises, and introduced conception and characteristic of the small and medium-sized enterprises and important roles they played in the economy of country. Then we analyze the new characters and developing trends of the small and medium-sized enterprises in the developed countries. Finally, we analyze the status and main problems of the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country comparing with On the basis of the analysis. The main problems are the external developing environment problems and internal management problems. In the second part, we analyze the TTJ Company. On the basis of the analysis, we put forward the Countermeasures of the development, the conversion of management theory, the companies strategic planning, the development of key ability, Enterprise system.On the whole, the paper tries to find good measures to promote the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country.
