| The contract of service of inspection on imported and exported commodities, as a kind of special one, because of its own characteristic, it will naturally relate to all kinds of walks in testing commodities. But, so far, in the system of Chinese Test law, standard pattern service contract hasn't been issued. In the research of legislation and law, this kind of contract has never been found before, though it refers to civil law, commercial survey law, international trade law, various complicated relations among laws and so on. The statements on Test contract are hard to see in many international economic works. They are only mentioned in the part of "the Introduction of the Association for the International United Private Law", the book "The international Commercial Affairs Contract General Rules of the International United Private Law Association". Because of the existing of the problems, the relevant case disputes appear again and again in the world trade, and the officers from Jurisdiction are in trouble about dealing with such a kind of case without the law to depend on. At the angle of contract law and testing law, the essay tries to elaborate the possibility to make the contract of survey service on imported and exported commodities, probe concluding and carrying out the contract, compare and analyse the characteristics in laws between the contract of service of inspection and other related contract, and finally give the related suggestions of concluding laws and the standard items on the contract of service of service of inspection. And expect to cast away a brick to attract jade so that the officers relevant to the question can pay more attention to it, and develop the marked of the imported and exported goods testing service in China, and make our country's laws regulations perfect.
