Research On The Coopetition Of Modern Enterprise And Its Risk

Since 90 ages,great changes have taken place in the market economy of the world. The age of simplex competition has already become past,taken place by the coopetition age that based on the cooperation. Coopetition not only becomes a new productive method,its more profound meaning is the influence on the management of enterprises and the persons' economic behavior. After China's entry to WTO,Chinese companies will face huge challenges and opportunities. To improve the competitiveness in the international market,and to survive and develop in the vigorous competition,coopetition as a new method of competition is the inevitable choice. Whereas,there is also much more risk in the coopetition. Risk problem directly relates to the success or failure of the coopetition. There is no perfect answer on how to keep away form it.Through the research on the enterprises' coopetition,this paper tries to clarify the importance and inevitability of coopetition,probe into how enterprises keep away the risk of it,and guide domestic enterprises to enhance their own competition ability through coopetition. This paper probed into the unconservation of the risk in coopetition,studied deeply the risk of coopertition and the problem of its keeping away,analysed the necessity of the coopertition of domestic enterprises,and studied the keeping away risk in the coopertition of domestic enterprises in the end.
