The Research Of The Sustainable Development Self Labor Value Theory And It's Application

Under the background of sustainable development,author analysed the essence of it,and thought that the radical reason that produced unsustainable development is the action directed by unreasonable economic theory. So,the key point to thoroughly solve sustainable development problem is the restructure of a sciential and sustainable economic theory.After the analyzing of the two main economic theory,author fond that the value theory,the base of them,are the key factor that lead them to unsustainable development,in other word,both value theory are not sustainable and essential,and then,come into the argument of a new value theory.To set up a sustainable value theory,first of all,the author,using the systems theory,put forward the structure system of sustainable development and the new view about the essence of it to be the harmonized development of the four system,and then,argued the core position of the labor in the four system structure. On the base of them,the author raised the labor-based value theory.For the labor becoming the base of value theory,the author give a new view about labor,mainly on the element,the totalite of the labor,and the ability of labor.On the base all above,the author put forward the self labor value theory of which both the object and carrier of value are the labor itself. Following,the author argued the science of it. They are not only sustainable,but also the common base of all economics,giving a common base for modern economics. The proprietorship and dispensation of the value are also argued.At last,the author argued the problem of water production labor and water price,set up a water price theory that can be used in any other resource. As a sample,the water condition of Fuxin city was argued.
