Research On The Evaluation Of Sustainable Land Use And The Sustainable Land Management

Land sustainable use has become one of important issue of sustainable development theory. In order to develop indicator system of regional land for sustainable use, structures and functions of regional land use system, as well as objects of regional land for sustainable use, must be intensively understood. Land use is characteristics of region. Therefore, the way of different regional land for sustainable use is also different. Sustainable use of regional land should correspond with the level of economy development and its most important aspect is coordinating the relationship between the urbanization and agricultural land protecting. Regional land use must be adjusted and controlled properly at present.Based on the analysis of concept and character of sustainable land use, the author bring forward the principle and method of evaluation index system of the sustainable regional land use and takes Fushun city located in east of Liaoning province as an example to make comprehensive evaluation on sustainable land use from 1980 to 2000. The evaluation of sustainable land use shows that the land use are basically sustainable in Fushun. Finally, the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures of sustainable land use : reforming plan of land use strictly, advancing intensive degree of land use, reinforcing land use monitor, etc.
