The Study On The Marketing Safety Of The Enterprises

With the intensifying of market competitiveness,the situation of marketing safety of Chinese enterprises have been facing more and more serious crises in recent years,though it seems that Some enterprises have still maintained exterior prosperity China has been entitled the membership of the WTO now,many hidden troubles concerning marketing safety of Chinese enterprise's will be fully revealed Therefore,it is essential and necessary that Chinese enterprises adopt valid and positive measures to keep themselves safe.Because the studying on marketing safety of enterprises has not been taken enough attention by academies and entrepreneurs,this thesis firstly point out the studying cause and studying status quo about the marketing safety. At the same time,the article points out the problems which are present in the domestic and overseas studies.On the basis of discussing the content and early-warning index of marketing safety,this thesis further analyses the environment of marketing safety,brand safety,product safety,marketing place safety,marketing funds safety,promotion safety,and marketing organization safety which is the controlling center of enterprises" marketing practices and so on. Based on what have discussed,thearticle has put forward the elementary early-warning index and basic principles of blurry comprehensive evaluation of the early-warning index system of marketing safety-Finally,this thesis has put forward management measures of ensuring normal running of enterprises" marketing activities,which include daily management measures-early-warning management,urgent management measures-crisis's management measures and marketing repairing measures-Product Recall management measures.
