After study the innovation of small and middle High-Tech corporations and its relevance concepts, the article analyses the important roles of our small and middle High-Tech corporations in the innovation of technology and its innovation systems.Our small and middle High-Tech corporations grew up very quickly and develop fast in late years, which have done great contributions to the development of our economy. However, for all kinds of reasons, there are still a lot of problems in our small and middle High-Tech corporations ,which include in the short of the specialist resources and good human resources of technology innovation; being lack of the putting in of fund ; the technology level is low ; the management level is not too high; and the problems about the weave and structure of corporation authority, these problems have hold up the development of small and middle High-Tech corporations and if these problems do not gotten well resolved , it must be harmful to the development of our small and middle High-Tech corporations .Arm for these problems ,the author point outa series of advices and countermeasures after assaying their reasons, they are: first, select fit model of technology innovation for our small and middle High-Tech corporations in order to raise the technology innovation level; second, resolve the fund problem by innovating ; third, attract and absorb High-Tech human resources through setting up effective stimulation mechanism and system; fourth, to enhance the management level of technologic innovation of our small and middle High-Tech corporations from muti-aspect; fifth, innovate the authority system of corporations and set up the fit model of corporation authority system for our small and middle High-Tech corporations .
