Choice Of High-tech Smes Technology Innovation Strategy

The aim of this paper is to give Chinese High-tech Middle-small Enterprise some inspiration. In the paper, At first, the correlative theories about High-tech Middle-small Enterprise and Technologic Innovation are reviewed. We recognize that the Technologic Innovation is the springhead and motivity of enterprise development. From the view of management strategy, it is defined that this paper introduces the basic theory about the development of Tecbnologic Innovation Strategy. It confirms that the management strategy is the leading thought of Tecbnologic Innovation and has impassable function. And, the paper proves these conclusions in the analysis of the cases, go a further, summarizes a deeper conclusion: the choice of strategic mode lies on the result of strategic analysis. At last, considering the strategic analysis result of Environment and Nuclear ability in china, Chinese High-tech Middle-small Enterprise should choose Dynamic and Consociate Technologic Innovation Strategy. It needs an assistant system which includes the aid of government , the assistance of community and the endeavor of itself.
