Study Of High And New Technological Innovation In Property Rights Incentives

Since the 20th century in our country the most important invention in the scientific and technological respect is establishing the high-and-new technology industrial development zone. Its appearance promoted the organic combination of S&T and economy effectively, and pushed forward the economic rise greatly. While the enterprises of the high-and-new technology industrial development zone to the promotion of economy depend on their own technology innovation. So technology innovation is important to the enterprises of the high-and-new technology industrial development zone. At the same time how to promote technology innovation better and how to exchange technology with commodity becomes the key that the enterprises of the high-and-new technology industrial development zone push the economy forward. Generally speaking, the encouragement of technology innovation has four kinds, that is, property rights encouragement, government encouragement, market encouragement and enterprise encouragement. In this thesis I mainly probe into the property rights encouragement.This thesis used the theory and methods of sociology primarily, and at the same time used the methods correlated with the disciplines such as scientific and technological law science, economic management science, etc. And I make a systematic study on the mechanism of the property rights encouragement. At the first I explain the characters and definition of the high-and-new technology industrial development zone, and introduce its history and basic functions. Based on this, I analyze technology innovation and its important role in the development of the high-and-new technology industrial development zone; at the same time, from the standard of encouragement, the means of encouragement and the process of encouragement, I discuss the property rights of technology innovation in the high-and-new technology industrial development zone-the question of mechanism of patent encouragement. At last, I inquire into the glaring questions of the property rights encouragement of technology innovation in the current high-and-new technology industrial development zone in China, at the same time make a suggestion to improve the property rights of technology innovation-mechanism of patent encouragement.
