The Evaluation Study Of The Competitiveness Of New & High-Tech Industry Of Hebei Province

With the coming of knowledge economy, the level of competitiveness of New & High-tech industry becomes the main factor that influences the comprehensive competitiveness of country or area increasingly, and at the same time the evaluation and the study about the level of industry of New & High-tech industrial competitiveness become the focus that scholars pay close attention to. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and evaluate the level of industry of New & High-tech industrial competitiveness of Hebei province, and then find the gap and the shortage, at last put forward the advices. Because the lack of the general accepted definition and standard about New & High-tech Industry, traditional evaluation system of industrial competitiveness can not fit the demand of evaluation of competitiveness, and the current study of New & High-tech industrial competitiveness more concentrates on the theoretical study of evaluation system and the evaluation of New & High-tech industrial areals and in China the study of the New & High-tech industrial competitiveness is not enough, which is still a blank, in Hebei provinceThis paper starts with the basic conception of New & High-tech industrial competitiveness, and try to find the evaluation system and evaluation methods of New & High-tech industrial competitiveness which is fit for Hebei province. In Chapter One we explained the conception of New & High-tech industry, in order to define the conception of New & High-tech industry and New &High-techindustrial competitiveness, and put forward the component factors of New & High-tech industrial competitiveness. In Chapter Two we study the system and evaluation method of New & High-tech industrial competitiveness, the purpose is to set up a set of suitable evaluation system of competitiveness, and find suitable study method. Chapter Three is the key point of this paper, In this chapter we analyze the New & High-tech industrial competitiveness of Hebei by using the method of factor analysis. We conclude that because the ability of technological innovation is poor ,the support power of industry policy is not enough, and New & High-tech enterprises' economic strength is poor, the degree of New & High-tech industrial competitiveness of Hebei and economic strength are all in the middle or low degree in the country. At last chapter we put forward the advices about the New &High-tech industrial competitiveness of Hebei province.
