Research On The Scientific Culture And Its Social Function

The topic of my thesis is scientific culture and its social function. The purpose is to seek the essence and connotation of scientific culture, analyze the characteristics of scientific culture, build a brand new cultural concept, provide a cultural mode for the progress of social material civilization and spiritual civilization, and illustrate social function of scientific culture in multi-dimensional and wide-ranging ways.In our time science is integrating with culture, while high-tech is developing rapidly. Based on this background, the thesis is focused on scientific culture, an important direction for advanced culture. The thesis points out that scientific culture depends on science and technology. Scientific culture 's background is great science and great culture. Its purpose is to lead the world to the future. So it is a new type of culture with the characteristics of culture, human, innovation, and popularization. It is not only a system and a theory, but also a cultural substance which combines belief, knowledge and spirit. It is a set of scientific thoughts, scientific spirit, scientific methods, scientific ethics, scientific regulations, value and way of thoughts. It has become a guide and code of conduct for comprehensive social progress. In a word, scientific culture is not only a scientific revolutionary strength, but also a culture with human care.The thesis uses the scientific culture theory to analyze the drive of the national revival.
