Research On The Construction Of Grassroots Culture Under The Vision Of A Culturally Powerful Country

In today's society,culture has played a more and more important role in the competition of comprehensive national strength.In the sixth Plenary Session of the 17 th CPC Central Committee,China put forward the strategy of "cultural power",which laid the foundation for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.As an important part of the development of the army,the grass-roots culture of the army is also an important part of the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.It is particularly important to study it from the perspective of a cultural power.Since the founding of the PLA,the cultural work at the grass-roots level has been continuously improved and perfected,forming its own unique system,which has played an irreplaceable role in the growth and expansion of our army.But if the grassroots forces,it is not difficult to find,although grassroots cultural work force has made great achievements,but with the influence of internal and external environment in the new period,there are some new problems,such as cultural awareness,cultural construction and the lack of normalization mechanism,cultural work carried out a mere formality,through the analysis of these causes the problem,try to put forward some reasonable countermeasures such as to cultivate the core values,establish cultural work normalization mechanism,innovation activities,with a view to the development of grass-roots unit cultural work forces play a role in promoting.
