On Infiltration Education And Its Application To Ideological And Political Education

With the speed-up of the reform and open policy and the dramatic changes of society as well as the great changes of environment concerning China's ideological and political education, the weakening of effectiveness of ideological and political education is becoming increasingly obvious and the present ideological and political education has exposed a lot of malpractices. In order to effectively carry out the ideological and political work, the author holds that great importance should be attached to the role of infiltration education. In theory, through the exposition of the connotation of infiltration education and the comparison between infiltration education and inculcation education, this paper tries to reveal the special position of infiltration education in the fields of the present ideological and political education. In practice, by the analysis of principal methods, this article probes into the problems of how to strengthen the infiltration education. Hoping to bring the infiltration education to people's attention and call them to study it, this essay will also contribute to the improvement and enhancement of the ideological and political work and its effect.
