Studies Of The Cultivated Land Quality And Exploitation In Lang Qi Island

Lang Qi Island, the 5th big island in Fujian province, locates in Min river outfall. The gross area is 92square kilometers, in which land area 59square kilometers, beach apply area 33 square kilometers, "the Min river jewel" has exceptional natural and economic advantage. It is the important vegetable food article base and the travel casual ferry false district with idyllic view characteristic in Fuzhou.According to Procedures and Rules for Farmland Grading promulgated by the Department of Territory Resource in March, 2001 and Regulations for Technological Operations of cultivated land Grading of Fujian Province, and on the plenty of foundations of open country of investigating and collecting information, this paper leaves from agricultural angle and selects factors method on ploughland grading and xploitation of Lang Qi Island.With relevant method analysis, this article has calculated the climate potential coefficient of different crops and the farmland indexes, such as the natural quality of indexes different farmland, the land utilization and economic coefficient of different designated crop of Lang Qi Island. Finally, The Article have calculated classify index of different farmland, as the basis of farmland quality appraisement.The cultivated land quality appraisement shows , firstly the obvious difference of the latent productivity is existence in different farmland; secondly also has greater gap between the realistic productivity and latent productivity in cultivated land in Lang Qi island. To develop the cultivated land of Lang Qi island fully and reasonably , and to raise the land realistic productivity, this paper thinks that it should be made better in the land development use of Lang Qi island , and carried out highly effort from strategy aspect as below 5 fields:The optimization use of land;Excavate with cultivated land intension inside and prolong development;Carry out gather use and scale to manage to raise cultivated land economic coefficient;The gather use and scale operation practice of cultivated land: modern vegetable food article base construction;Combine agricultural and travel trade to develop the ecological agriculture tour.
