With economy globalization overwhelmingly dominating world economy environment ,in which every country directs its orientation in eagerness to be well-fitted into, the fierce competition between different cities makes the question of how to strengthen the urban competitiveness become a key issue in the struggle for the leading economic role in honor of the countries the cities locate in.Scholars in China have been doing some productive research and investigations on this issue recently and put forward certain theories and assessing system of their own whereas overseas studies began in the early 90s.
