On The Construction Of Ethic Paradigm For Medium And Small-sized Enterprises In Current China

While approaching ethic in current medium and small-sized enterprises, this study also particularly probes into the disarray of their ethic paradigm, points out its harms and finds out its causes.This thesis points briefly out the perspective to comprehend.types of paradigm ,the function and value of ethic.The emphasis of the artcle lies in the contraction of the paradigms.so,this thesis discuss the mechanism, the princple and dimensions of construction. This is an interdisciplinary issue which involves economics, ethics, law and physics.This thesis aims systematically to elaborate the necessity and possibility of constructing an ethic paradigm for medium and small-sized enterprises.By drawing on the concepts and principles of "entropy" and "field" in physics, we try to illustrate and testify the"ethic entropy" and "ethic field" in medium and small-sized enterprise. Within the ethical fields, the mechanism of enterprise ethic construction will be realized in the current of negative entropy. As to the ethic in production operations of the medium and small-sized enterprises, this thesis discusses in detail managerial ethic, production ethic, marketing ethic and competition ethic. It also closely sticks to the subject of the modem times and elucidates the traits of operational ethic in the process of normal production operation in medium and small-sized enterprises and principles for its construction. In presenting the approaches to construct ethic paradigm in medium and small-sized enterprises, we emphasize three dimensions: property right, traditional Confucianism and government act. In the light of the principle of being practical and realistic, we also elucidate the importance of the three dimensions in constructing ethic paradigm for medium and small-sized enterprises. In terms of reform in property right, it is argued that the right in property is the base of the ethical relation. With regard to the inheritance of Confucianism, we stress that it provide historical support for the construction of ethic paradigm in medium and small-sized enterprises and for the transcendence of the reality. On government act, we approach the leading function of government act from two dimensions: law and policy.
