A remarkable characteristic in contemporary economic development is the market globalization and produce globalization. This to enterprise, since strengthen the threat of the competition pressure further, it is the opportunity of expanding the greater surviving and development space too. Any enterprise should consider how to utilize the questions of world market and other country resource.Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the toy industry of our country is from nonexistence to existence, from initial processing trade to developing the own brand, carry on the ordinary trade, the toy industry of our country has gotten enormous development, has already become the big toy producing country, big export country and big consuming country in the world. However, comparing with the toy industry in the countries or regions, such as U.S.A., Japan, Hong Kong, etc., China toy industry has heavy disparity and faces many difficulties such as how to expand the subject of the international market further.At first, basing on relevant theories such as international trade, international marketing, international market competition, etc., and on the foundation which the scholar studies at home and abroad, this article has analyzed the international toy development trends and main toy markets in the aspects of, such as the competition, demand characteristic, etc. And then analyzed the development current situation of the toy industry of our country, especially opportunities and challenges faced by the toy enterprise after our country joining in WTO. At the last part of the paper, it gives tactics to our country toy enterprise how to expand international market further, and advises our country government and toys associations how to support toy enterprise to expand international market.
