With the processing of reform and opening to the world, our container shipping line business has being made great development. By now, market competition becomes more fiercely. Unfortunately, the development of global economy slowed down in recent years, the space capacity of shipping carrier exceeds the demand largely. On the other hand, shippers emphasize especially upon the quality of service. "Door-to-door" logistics personal service mode becomes popular in market competition in near future. Facing these changes, domestic shipping companies lose their legs in the marketing theory and activities. How to deal with these problems, we advise, the correct and efficient marketing tactics can meet those improved demandThe core of dissertation lies to make out of a marketing tactic for a domestic shipping company, which is discussed from four facets. The first facet lies to analysis and diagnose the problems existing in Sunfed and shows the importance of marketing tactics for Sunfed The second facet is to analysis the changing of market demands and target of marketing in the future. The third is to analysis inner and outer facet surroundings in relative to the new marketing tactic. At last, put forward to the new suggestion in marketing tactic for Sunfed shipping company.After research, we find that changing the idea about organizing marketing activities will broaden the service product, provide the door-to-door logistics mode, build an efficient, smooth logistics network and gain the advantage of competence. The research into the marketing tactic is meaningful to shipping market.
