Taking the rapid development of international fluent funds as the background, this paper firstly discusses the inside and outside factors which influence ASEAN members to use FDI, while analyzing the rules and features of FDI in different periods. Then, it presents the active and passive effects for ASEAN economies in FDI, and takes the all-round factors into consideration, it tells a logical future for the trend of FDI in ASEAN members. What's more, it also researches into the influence of FDI to ASEAN economic cooperation, especially the fluency of FDI inside ASEAN. Experiences and lessons concluded by ASEAN members in FDI will supply China precious materials in this regard.
