The article has a foothold at searching after the development of middle-sized or small-sized enterprises. And using the main clue, spinning and clothing industry that has a representative standing, the article tries to reflect the main problem of the whole trade through researching the circumstance of middle-sized and small-sized companies. We all know, due to the innate lightness of middle-sized and small-sized companies. They often act as the role of the van in market .The article divides four chapters for the above-mentioned reasons. In the first, the article explains the reason of study on the marketing innovation of spinning and clothing.In the second chapter ,it makes a synthetic interpretation about Chinese middle-sized and small-sized companies. So the writer will have a preliminary grip about them. And in the third chapter the article does further analysis of the change of the environment of this industry aimed at joining in WTO. The reader will also have further understand about this trade. The article will elaborate its view of the problem that the companies are meeting. This article is trying to provide another selective train of thought in the developing of this industry through researching these companies and their market. This chapter is the core of the whole article. Of course the chapter inserts some small cases in order to make the reader understand the writer's guiding ideology. This chapter divides five elements. The one is the change of the way of thought .The two is resource of marketing innovation.The three is the establishment of high-test brand. The four is the problem of pipeline. The five is the innovation of management. Finally, the writer explains the reason of study on the marketing innovation of spinning and clothing.
