Innovation of technology exerts decisive affection on modern economic growth, and the notable problems of under developed economies rest with the shortage of innovation resource and the inability of innovation. The basic way to change this situation is by introducing technology, digesting, absorbing and imitating innovation, together march towards collaborative innovation and independent innovation. Japan is an example in doing this succeeded, while we haven't obtained the expectant results on our country's strategy " Use Market in exchange for Technology and Use Technology to Tap the Market". Facing with the challenge of the knowledge economy era in which the technology innovation is speeding up, the traditional closing-up development pattern or totally depending-on model can not succeeded in developing the high-technique industry any more. Therefore, it becomes the key to realize the quick development of Chinese new-hi technique industry to hunt for innovation pattern which fits for China.The author adopts the structure-system analysis approach. Staring from the different power models of innovation of technology, this thesis analyzes the relation between innovation of technology and market. On the basis of comparing the two ways of innovation represented by America and Japan, also concerning the main problems existing in our country's innovation process, the author puts forward an innovation pattern which fits for our country's situation, and also expatiates on this pattern thoroughly. ,At last, the supporting environment to realize this pattern is brought forward, which includes three parts - organization innovation, system innovation and management innovation.
