Study On Enterprise Management Information Modernization In China

With the coming of knowledge economy and development of science and technology, the competition environment faced by enterprises is more and more intensified. How to satisfy quickly the individual requirement of customer will be the key to business success. The information technology based on the computer net is becoming more and more important in the national economy , among them the most necessary is using the information technology to reconstruct enterprise traditional management model and to innovate management.Management is the perpetual subject of enterprise , and scientific management is the important contents in setting up modern enterprise system. During these years, although enterprises have done a lot in development of management, it does not yet settle out the fundamental problem in many aspect.Enterprise management information modernization is not simply using the computer to substitute for labor work, but making use of modern information technology to introduce modern management ideology and to lead to a complete innovation in the backward running model, deadlocked organization structure as well as the management flow at low efficiency. Management information modernization has profound and real meaning in changing enterprise operation ways, establishing modern enterprise system, efficiently reducing enterprise capital, and accelerating the development of technology, etc. It is an important point of breakthrough that leads the revolution and upgrade in each aspects of enterprise development.It is the base of economic work at the moment that combines information modernization and industrialization and promotes enterprise to a new level. Information technology is more and more deeply effecting the development of society.In the article, as far as the importance and urgency of enterprise management information modernization are concerned, I have given a complete illustration. At the first, I analyze the main special property of enterprise, then according to the economic features and the present situation of enterprise management information modernization in China, dissecting the main problems in our enterprise management information modernization and pointing out the feasibility and necessity of carrying out enterprise management information modernization in China. Meanwhile, based on an example, it probes the general process of bringing ERP into force, the economic and social benefits, difficult problems which may encountered in the course of carrying out ERP and some countermeasures that we should adopt. In the end, some development strategies of enterprise management information modernization are proposed for discussion.Through the analyses in this article, some enlightenment may be given to the enterprise that will be or is carrying out management information modernization, and some reference may be provided for improvement of the company management information modernization in the future.
