| The paper has made deeply system analysis on the development and new characters of enterprise's information system, and bring forward a way to achieve aggregate management of enterprise's information system through setup intranet, extranet and internet. The information which based on Internet/Intranet/Extranet, can make the enterprise to aggregate its various activities on low cost and to enlarge its global operation on flexible way.
