The Strategical Selection And Institutional Analysis Of Agricultural Transformation

Agriculture transformation means the process of the traditional agriculture changing into modern agriculture. In our country, the agriculture is in the transforming period that the agriculture production ratio of GDP is decreasing, but the abnormal phenomenon that the pure income of our peasants is not increasing obviously and even is decreasing, the income difference between cities and countries is expanding has not occurred in the developed countries when they were also in the agriculture transforming period. Therefore, the problem about how to successfully implement traditional agriculture changing into modern agriculture is worth studying.Employing the relevant theories of Development Economics, agriculture Economics and Institution Economics, this paper analyses the intension of agriculture transformation and agriculture production ratio of GDP decreasing, developing trend and characteristics of our agriculture during this period, and the successful experiences of agriculture transformation in the developed countries. Basing on description of our agriculture transforming strategies on agriculture industrialization and modernization, the author advocates that agriculture industrialization strategy is available, furthermore, to reform and improve the agriculture technology and production, agriculture management, agriculture comparative benefit, agriculture processing connection is the essential action mechanism for term of institution analysis to our agriculture industrialization, this paper advocates that we carry out institution innovation on terror holding institution, in counties, agriculture organization, agriculture finance system, agriculture R&D spread system. Agriculture products market system, labor transmission institution in countries and agriculture macro-control system.
