| Geological remains is valuable natural legacy which was created and left over by various kinds of internal and external geological forces through endless geological period. It is the common wealth for mankind.The size of our country is extensive, the condition of geology and terrain is intricacy, spatial variation is vast. At present, the department of land&resources is making great effort to establish the national geopark in order to effectively protect the geological remains and give full play to its scientific value and tourism development potential.The thesis put the Huanghe Hukou waterfall for case, which lies in the meeting belt of Shaanxi and Shanxi provinces. It analyzes the features, the formation and the development of the typical river erodent geological remains. In the light of the special geographic position and the present exploitation situation, the tactics of protective development are proposed in order to realize the sustainable utilizing of it. Through inquiring into the management system innovation attempt of the national landscape place of interest, emphatically discusses the problems which are earnestly need to treat in the tourism exploitation of Hukou waterfall national geopark such as the formation of management system reform, some proposals are put forward: supervisor system innovation, the separation of property right ,the managerial right and the administer right. And the organization, "the shared region management committee of Hukou waterfall national geopark" should be founded. The new clue and new questions to operate the geopark according to the market principle mode are proposed.The whole thesis consists of seven parts.Part 1, the preface, briefly introduces the concept, the characteristics, the property of the geological remains, and for the moment the constructive course of our country's national geopark as well. Based on it, summarizes the present situation of the protective and utilization of geological remains. Furthermore lead to the inquiry into the exploitation of Huanghe Hukou waterfall.Part 2,mainly introduces the general situation of the national geopark in Huanghe Hukou waterfall, concretely include its geographic condition and social economic status, that is the great background condition of its construction.Part 3, elaborates the formative geological background of geological remains resources in Hukou waterfall. And the chief protective types of remains, the distribution of them and the resources' evaluation, as well as the cause of formation of Hukou waterfall.Part 4, The part's main content are the present problems taken place in the procession of the tourism exploitation of geological remains in Hukou waterfall. Emphasisly expounds the specific measures for the protective utilization of the geological remains resources.Part 5, It is the principal part of this article. It put the emphases on the discussion of the tourism exploitation in Hukou geopark. It points out that the geological remains' tourism potential is great, social and economic beneficial is striking. But first of all, the tourism exploitation orientation should be done well, then the landscape programme and tourism product should be properly designed ,and to use the flexible marketing logistics policy, it is the precondition and the key for the Hukou waterfall to succeed in tourism exploitation.Part 6 is the kernel and innovation of the whole paper. It mainly expounds several important problems which are required to solve in the procession of tourism development of geopark. In accordance with the management system, it is suggested that the property right, the management right and the minister right, these three rights should be separated, and to proceed innovation of the management system. Considering the practice of the Hukou waterfall, for the first time the concept of "shared region" is advanced. It should be founded that "the shared region management committee of Hukou waterfall national geopark", in order to probe a new sort of management model and the exploitation way...
