The Study On The Trend Of Global And Chinese Informatization

An integrative social revolution has sprung up on a global scale since the middle of 20th century. This social revolution, guided by the revolution of information technology, gradually leads to the global information economy and the trend of global informatization .Informatization is technical terms referring to the application of information technology on a big scale and the spread of information technology in the whole technical system; and it is also economic terms referring to the application of modern information technology in the equipment of national economy as well as the various fields of social life so as to raise social labor productivity. The rising of informatizational global economy is based on the convergence and interaction of new technical patterns and new organizational logic .This thesis first views the formation of the trend of global informatization in terms of technology and productive forces ,then discusses the scientific and technical factors in the trend of informatization.Informatization, the inexorable trend of the development of science and technology, is bound to cause revolutionary changes in the field of productive forces system. However, the significance of these revolutionary changes lies in the changes of its subsystem representing one national interest, the variance and variety of these subsystems are the focus of attention. Therefore, these revolutionary changes are discussed and the trend of Chinese infornatization is analyzed from the standpoints of the development of the nations particularly the developing countries. Aiming at seeking the theoretical basis for the interaction of informatization and industrialization, this thesis is developed in terms of three aspects.Firstly, the formation of the global informatization is discussed. The discussion is carried out in terms of technology, economy and productive forces. The author makes a conclusion that the interaction of social productive forces and science and technology leads to the intellectual age in human society and the trend of global informatization .Secondly, the role of science and technology in the formation of global informatization is analyzed. In the author's view ,a solid foundation I laid for the rising of intellectual economy by viewing the nature of contemporary revolution from the perspective of social productive forces.Lastly, the trend of Chinese informatization is analyzed. With the strong influence of global informatization upon the development of productive forces, informatization is bound to be the essential factor in Chinese modernization . The author views the construction of Chinese informatization in terms of informatization and telecommunication.
