The Study Of Development Strategy Of Inner Mongolia Livestock Husbandry In Twenty-first Century

It is an important lessons in front of us, facing on the situation of the economic globalization and after China entry into WTO, how to giving play resources edge, taking advantage of two kinds of resources in two markets of domestic and international, optimizing assignment of resources, increasing competition ability of livestock husbandry, studying new development strategy. It is on the base of this analysis with the principle of comparison edge that this paper try to study the development strategy of livestock husbandry in the twenty-first century in Inner Mongolia.This paper thinks that the core competence of livestock husbandry is no longer a livestock husbandry resources edge competition on the level, but is comparison edge with sustainable competition edge, namely the competition of the core competition ability. Because the resources edge of livestock husbandry is not equal to the comparison edge and sustainable competition edge, the resources edge of livestock husbandry could become the comparison and sustainable competition edges, only through reasonable arranging and adjusting resources and reorganization.The author considers that Inner Mongolia would choose the core competence strategy as long term's strategy of livestock husbandry according to the analysis of the situation, development environment of livestock husbandry and factors of influence on livestock husbandry in Inner Mongolia. The conclusions are as follows: It is the fundamental ways to realize the sustainable development of livestock husbandry, convert the comparison edge into competence edge, taking the market as guiding direction, optimizing the components of production, realizing regional arrangement, scale construction, specialized production and social services. It is the important conditions to implement competitive development strategy of livestock husbandry, adjusting the industrial structure, optimizing disposition of the resources, realizing upgrade of the industry, constructing and improving the information net. It is the fundamental guarantee to convert the comparison edge of livestock husbandry into the competence edge, increasing investment of scientific research, possessing the technology of livestock husbandry, patents and leading products with owned intellectual property. It is a long term's task to implement competitive development strategy of livestock, proceeding from the actual situation in an orderly way and step by step and The development intensity of prairie and pastoral area should be reasonably controlled, preventing from desert and developing ecological-livestock husbandry.On the basis of demonstrating, this paper put forward the measures and tactics of implementing competitive development strategy of livestock husbandry.
