The Influence And Countermeasures Of Unhealthy Subculture On Construction Of Rule Of Law

The law is closely connected with culture which affects it directly. It is more meaningful for us to give much survey on the construction of rule of law than on the legal system itself only. This paper studies the unhealthy subculture and the construction of rule of law from several aspects.First, this paper defines the subculture and unhealthy subculture. Second, it analyzes the function of the unhealthy subculture, its bad influence to the construction of rule of law and its cause of formation. Based on these analysis, this paper, from the aspects of sociology and psychology, explores the functional system of the unhealthy subculture worked on the construction of rule of law. Finally, this paper makes a conclusion that it is impossible to remove totally the subcultures especially in the transition period of China today and what we have to do is just take the necessary countermeasures to restrain the harmful influence of the subculture.
