Culture was inextricably linked with the crime, from a cultural perspective to study crime is an outstanding achievement in the field of the criminal motivation theory. For a long time, different scholars from different angles have analysed it.Culture can be classified as culture, subculture.And the subculture, particularly, the deviant subculture has obvious impact on crime.It can be said that crime is actually relatively the response of the social deviant subculture which is corresponding and opposite to the mainstream culture.In the West, subcultural theory has become an integral part of modern criminology.On the subject our scholars is not in-depth studying enough.Thus, to explore the impact of crime on our subculture and to explore the ways to control subculture are very necessary.The first part of this article introduces the concept of culture and subculture, subculture and historical development of the theory and the types of subculture.At the same time it derives the concept of deviant subculture.Subculture is usually used in two senses.First, the original meaning refers to the cultural patterns of conduct different from the mainstream culture which exist in some social groups. It is a specific part of the community culture of non-mainstream. Second, the derived meaning: that is the groups who pursue these non-mainstream cultural values and behaviour patterns.Generally this sense is translated into "subculture".From the groups sense, the meaning of subculture is the same as faction, and they could swap.Subcultural Theory is the one which illustrates the criminal phenomena by utilizing the value conflict between the mainstream culture and the subculture.
