| The article touches upon the SME technology innovation problems in three ways. First of all, it sets forth the basic theory about SME technology innovation. Secondly, it studies the strategic problems about SME technology innovation in microcosmic economy and includes the definition, characteristic and formulated course of SME technology innovation strategy in detail. Thirdly, it describes how to promote the government policy of SME technology innovation in macroeconomics and includes the situation, problems, demand and advise of SME technology innovation policy in detail. The article tries to study SME technology innovation problems with methods ofcombined development analysis and static analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, civil research and foreign research, microcosmic research and macroscopic research, topical research and general research, theory analysis and positive analysis. It provides definite reference for the objective of decision-making for our different grade governments drawing up for SME technology innovation problems.
