Engineering Project Quality-control System And The Practice Of The Project Information System

With Chinese WTO entry, it is necessaiy for our construction industry to take part in the international co-operation and competition, so the quality of the construction items would directly affect the efficient use of the large sum of money which is cost for our national basic construction. According to international practice, therefore, we must set up an effective rule and system of construction-control, so as to adapt the competition and co-operation of the international construction market, to make full use of the money which is invested for the basic constructions, to increase the investment benefits, to strengthen our national construction industry and to increase our internationally competition ability. Meanwhile, our world is going fast ahead to a informationized society, so the informationized degree has been an important standard to measure the management level of a branch or an industry. So it has special important effect in the research of the project quality-control system and the practice of the project information system.This paper, on the base of comparison of the essential constructions between nativfc and abroad, completely and systematicly analysizes the target system of the quality-control in this kind of item, the concerned main parts of it and their status and role in this quality-control system, and preliminarily designs the governmental information system of quality-control, further, on the base of a special and universal management to the data form of this system. We have a preliminary attempt on the construction of the system's data base.
