Quality Control Of Project Construction Process

This thesis sums up the content and management principle of engineering project quality by analyzing its forming processes and characteristics. The author think the interrelated quality management network system should be built firstly to clear and definite the obligation, right and interest in every quality control process, then the motion mechanism of "chain-form" interrelated customer-satisfaction should built in this system. Meanwhile, employees should grasp mostly chances to improve the related resource and activities, such as human resource, material, machine, equipment and approach. The continual improvement can be realized in the engineering final products.How shall we build quality system of construction in the engineering project? the special "Chain-form" construction processes are distributed with the respective management function in the charter 2, and the basic model of quality control is constructed with special motion mechanism based on "Customer-satisfaction and continual-improvement."The focus is how to apply the process approaches to the quality control in the engineering construction. The thesis builds the certain dynamic quality-control model based on "satisfaction, improvement, pre-control" by analyzing the quality-control approaches in the construction processes in the charter 3. The thesis emphasizes that in the dynamic control processes, continual improvement should be a permanent objective.Quality review is the steppingstone to improve the engineering quality continually. In the charter 4, the thesis builds the dynamic review model of quality control in the engineering construction, which derives from the author's long practical experiences. The model formulates the comparatively united standards to review the improvement activities of the quality control and test the result of processes quality control -- "customers' satisfaction.
