After joining WTO, Construction Association is needed to make more contribution. It is demanded to provide new services by enterprises and assist construction industry management by government. However, our Construction Association can not fulfill its mission. In order to research the proper operation model of Construction Association for china, the thesis has researched the following four contents step by step and make conclusions at last.The necessity and importance of Construction Association has been expounded from theory and practice aspects In the first chapter. As a type of economic governance, its effect has been explained according to two types of economic theories. The contributions of Construction Association in USA Europe and Japan also have been involvedThe current situation of our Construction Association has been acknowledged through comparing with Construction Association of other countries. The content contains connection orientation between Construction Association and government even between Construction Association and construction industry companies. This work is searching the reasons which have hampered our Construction Association development The third chapter is what the government and enterprises demand Construction Association to supply.The form chapter has explained the appropriate operation model of Construction Association fitting for china from five aspects such as the nature of Construction Association, the characteristic of functions and frame, the orientation in construction industry management, connections among association and several operation methods. Suggestions are given for developing new operation model of Construction Association in china considering china's reality.
