The Development Strategy Of China General Machinery Pump Industry Association Study

Along with the increase of government function shift and the need for the enterprise to develop themselves, Trade Association , as a bridge to link the politics and enterprise, is becoming more and more important in administrating industry . In 1990s, many Trade Associations appeared in WenZhou, and played more important role than the government in administrating the local market; the comparision about seventeen functions shows foreign Trade Association have most of them, which was suggestted by State Economic &Trade Commission, however the association in our country is limited in the information communication . In one side, the foreign association is keeping ahead relying on their service superiority , On the other hand, many members retreat from the association due to the unreasonable regulation violation. Recently , Ministry of Civil Affairs wrote off the China Tonic Food Association which was the first example in Chinese modern Trade Association history. It is presumed that the whole Trade Association is facing the great pressure to adapt innovation. In modern society, different denomination of Commerce Association and Trade Association has made the market puzzle and research qualm. Our aim is to jump out of the discussion , verify how to improve the Pump Association basing on the thought of Project Management, just from the administration angle.This article studied the Pump Association in the Old Industry Base background, Firstly the meanings of the Trade Association is defined , the mechanism of the Trade Association ' s producing and development is expounded. Also, Self-Intensifying Theory is put forward according to the adverse factors of our country' s practice in helping the Trade Association. Secondly, the advantage of the Pump Association which is located in the center city reveal the emergency of function acquirement in the process of renovation. Thirdly combining the plan of Pump Association .mainstream form of the Trade Association , our country' s history , culture custom , present economy and politic system , and expectance of reform direction are all considered so that the domestic Trade Association development is confined in the Umbrella Structure , thisorientation is correct lor the next step of the Pump Association development, because the competitive way that Shaft Structure uses is lack of the force to deal with the problem among different Trade Association .whose structure increase the laxation of the activity; lastly three in one settlenient is gained from the Pump Association, that is, Project Management .cooperation among associations .system breakthrough. The Maturity Model is extended from the transverse section to all project-dominant ing organization, that model roots from the manufacturing and software industry .
