Study On Management Innovation Mixture And Management Innovation Of Real Estate Enterprise

This thesis discusses the contents and significance of management innovation, and then analyses the differences of new management models from the point of management innovation. Integrating theory with practice and basing on the present situation of Chinese realty business' development, this paper also put forward the countermeasure of promoting management innovation of Chinese real estate enterprises. The main content as follows:(1) Discussing the contents and significance of management innovation and mutual-motive relationship between management innovation and technology innovation;(2) Analysing the challenge of new economy to management, and point that there are two main features new economy era, globalization and informationization. Then pointing management innovation mixture which is made up of management philosophy innovation, management institution innovation, management organization innovation and management method innovation is a guaranty of modern enterprise's sustainable development.( 3 ) Analysing the status ,effect and present situation developing of realty business in Chinese economy. And advancing the management innovation countermeasures of Chinese real estate enterprises. At last, making a study on Zhongyuan Developing Co.Ltd and it's management innovation in Liangwancheng item.
