Real Estate Product Innovation And Improvement, Government Innovation Support System

The innovation of the real estate products has kept going on since real estate began to develop. Each real estate enterprise carries on innovation to the products from different views and in various degrees. Also the government plays a certain role in the products innovation. At present there is an endless stream by products innovation about real estate emerged in China, but the study on products innovation bases upon much more the aspects of technology and operation. There is none of system researches of the products innovation and the government's innovative supporting system of real estate, in this sense, the research of this thesis has certain initiatives.In the process of innovation of Chinese real estate products, there are a lot of problems existed in the spontaneous innovation taking enterprises as the principal part, and at present there is also the problems about the Chinese government's supporting system of real estate products innovation needed to solve and improve. Therefore it has significance to study the products innovation of the real estate and government's products innovation supporting system, both in theory and in practice.Main research approach of this thesis is systemic research approach, namely regards real estate products and government's products innovation supporting system as a whole system. And regards real estate products as a next system to study the products innovation, analyze theoretically each innovation of key component elements inside the products, and link the cases to research; At the same time it analyzes the problems of the products innovation existed in Chinese real estate enterprises. Moreover this thesis analyzes the relations between products innovation and government's products innovation supporting system of the real estate to demonstrate the necessity of government's products innovation supporting system. Finally aiming to the problem that government's products innovation supporting system oneself exists, this thesis puts forward some policy suggestions with meaning of practice.
