When we came into 1990s, the competitions of marketing about latest product get more and more intensely, because of the advancement of science and technology, the development of economics, the form of global information network and marketing, the accelerative development of technology innovation. Under the developmental direction, manufacturing not only must decide a fast and correct countermeasure for the metabolic market and design various satisfactory and characteristic products continuously for competitions of marketing, but also should carry freight double-quickly and reliably for decreasing turnover time and stock-cost. Along with time and speed become the main source of competitions of marketing, it is not enough for manufacturing only strengthens designing and predicting time of to reduce turnover of new product. For these, the field about enterprise logistics become new and important way for reducing cost.For manufacturing, the designing of logistics network structure is very effective for enhance enterprise logistics system efficiency, and it decides efficiency of enterprise logistics department and logistics system, and, to certain extent, it reflects competitive competence and compositive management level of enterprise. In a word, under the intensely competition environment which character is that the buyer's demand is determinant, advanced and good efficiency logistics network is very pivotal for manufacturing to gain predominance of competition in market.In this paper, for the sake of designing manufacturing logistics network structure, using reducing logistics general costs reducing logistics investment and enhancing client service level as optimization design of logistics network structure of manufacturing, on the base of analysis and forecast of manufacturing logistics capability and requirement,author provide corresponding mathematics models for the resolvent on choosing the number . location and scale of solid establishment. On the base of research above, the author also analyzes data information analysis instrument and applied mathematics method detailedly during the course of the design of enterprise logistics network structure ,and gives integrated design process of logistics network structure of manufacturing. The research above not only provides ways of decision-making about solid establishment for design and optimization of enterprise logistics network, but also gives a good basic for choosingdecision-making of transportation and stock of manufacturing.In paper, the main methods of research are quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, also use mathematics programming, the author have innovation on the base of the research of former.
